Used to calibrate Myron L. & other TDS meters that use the 442 standard, meters that use the horticultural/agricultural standards of .68 and .7 ratio of PPM to EC Standard. Older style meters would use the water standard or .5 calibration solutions of 1382 ppm. Store at room temperature out of direct light. Contents: Sodium Bicarbonate CAS# 144-55-8, Soduim Chloride CAS# 7647-14-5, Sodium Sulfate CAS# 7757-82-6 and Water CAS# 7732-18-5. ± 1.0% @ 77 degrees F; 700 ppm total dissolved salts (TDS) = 1 EC. For most accurate results, follow these instructions: 1. Clean meter's electrode with Rejuve It, rinse and blot dry. 2. Place electrode in calibration solution. 3. Calibrate meter. To avoid contamination do not return sample test to your container.
